Sound Tossing is an alternative form of street art in which sound subversively intrudes into the cityscape. Small sound generators hooked up to loudspeakers are thrown onto overhead electric wires, buildings and trees, from which they emit their acoustic signals and provoke annoyance in their immediate vicinity.
