The Italian Andrea Bandelli is the expert for musuems and science centers in the jury of Net Vision/Net Excellence, with a strong background in telematics and communication. He has been working for the NewMetropolis Science and Technology Center in Amsterdam, where he has been responsible for the information architecture and the Internet and has developed Actua, a system that enables the visitors to get access to qualified information. Bandelli has been project manager of Bionet at the Science Museum in London, a virtual exhibition about Life Sciences. At the moment he is managing the Science Learning Network, an online community of educators, students, schools, science museums and other institutions demonstrating a new model for inquiry science education.
Aus dem Bereich der 'Science Centers' kommt Andrea Bandelli, einer der Juroren in der Jury der Kategorie Net Vision/Net Excellence. Bandelli, der aus Triest stammt, ist Experte für Telematik und Kommunikation und hat für das NewMetropolis Science and Technology Center in Amsterdam und das Laboratorio dell’Immaginario Scientifico in Triest gearbeitet.
