according to our competition regulations winners of golden nicas and awards of distinctions are invited to linz for award ceremony to take their prizes and to take part in the artist forum, and within this invitation also flight tickets on the basis of economy class flights are included. unfortunately prix ars electronica cannot invite or pay flight tickets of all winners of honorary mentions (this year we have got 49 winners of honorary mentions) because of a limited budget and because of the circumstance that prix ars electronica fund is partly raised by public funds. ps: please excuse delay in answering.
