Young Hay is an independent artist and researcher. Studied studio art at Sonoma State University (California State University), USA, and received a B.A. in 1991. He is the concept designer for the human-computer interface, the 'Body-Brush', a collaborative project with the City University of Hong Kong. He has also produced a wide range of multi-media works and performances. He was awarded the Fellowship of the Asian Cultural Council in 1998, and the Art Development Fellowship by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council in 2000.
