Tonga.Online is ARGE Zimbabwe Freundschaft / Austria Zimbabwe Friendship Association AZFA + Kunzwana Trust. The aim of the Austria Zimbabwe Friendship Association in collaboration with our partner Kunzwana Trust in Zimbabwe is to contribute to better mutual understanding and relations of partnership, friendship and solidarity between our peoples. This endeavour has its roots in the solidarity with Africa´s liberation movements of the sixties and seventies and started as a cultural exchange programme with the Austrian duo Attwenger touring Zimbabwe in 1993. The promotion of Tonga Ngoma Buntibe music and culture has become the focus of this cultural exchange since 1995.
