What I find most interesting about the infowar premise is that the idea
(and I believe the term 'infowar' itself) is a product of the Pentagon,
which, in their scrambling for funding in the post cold-war era, found a
whole new missle gap, the mythology of which has in turn been absorbed by
such 'countercultural' institutions as Ars Electronica...
