I got to tell you all this intellectualizing gets me down. You have to
move ahead and ride the technology,the changes take place as you move
along. It's not one group or state pushing it. If you want to think of a
war theme, then the basic information that is transmitted is in english
and that is a sort of language territory that will be hard to replace but
no one thought of this outcome back when the computer net started. I have
a problem with the heading infowar. It's a very european concept. I would
like to think of the ways information can be kept free of restrictions.
War right away means a win and loose situation.It's what we have to get
away from .
