I have known people who have attached a .sig file to all their email
containing nothing but a list of keywords the NSA might be interested in
-- " nuclear president bomb gas war", etc.  The idea is -- and this is one
of the few tactics that those of us who are 'net users but can't hack into
corporate computers or whatever have available as a form of resistance --
to simply flood the NSA with more data than they can handle.  Better yet,
encrypt the email & use up even more computer time down there!  Our pals
the Zapatistas get the virtues of this as direct action...
