I have to agree with you, <Shafer Ramsey> and I certainly didn't mean to
suggest that people are invulnerable to the effects of information -- good
or bad -- that happens to be floating around or even directed at them.  What
I do believe, however, is that people can and should understand that
information -- like weather, bullets, or any other influence -- is a medium
and not necessarily the essential unit of human experience.
