Chairman of the Board of Leonardo/International Society for the Arts, Sciences and Technology.
11:20 – 11:40 Peter Weibel (A) Chairman and CEO of the Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie in Karlsruhe, Germany. Cinema experiments since the late ‘60s, works for television and video installations, computer-based interactive installations in the ‘80s, net-based projects since the mid-´90s. Author and lecturer on visual media.

Vice president of the World Bank in Washington, DC, responsible for the Department for Environmentally Sustainable Development and for programs dealing with poverty and socio-economic development.
