"Bunny" by Chris Wedge represents a milestone in computer graphics: Radiosity, a highly developed rendering software is used for the first time in a computer animation to simulate natural light in a unique way, which give the animation a filmic "look" never attained before.
Chris Wedge (USA) ist einer der Gründer von Blue Sky Studios und Leiter der Entwicklungsabteilung. Mit der Charakteranimation im Film "Joe’s Appartement" (Auszeichnung Prix Ars Electronica) gewann er internationale Anerkennung. Wedge begann als Trickanimator, wirkte an der Disney-Produktion "Tron" mit und hat zahlreiche preisgekrönte Werbevideos animiert. Seine Arbeiten wurden bei allen großen internationalen Festivals ausgezeichnet.
