Hybrid Creatures and Paradox Machines The Ladder John Gerrard (IRL)
A virtual character standing on a ladder looks out through a window into the real world and comments on it. This mixed-reality installation produces virtual presence in a real space.
Produced in collaboration with the Ars Electronica Futurelab. The Ladder has received funding from the Irish Arts Council and is a co-production of the Ars Electronica Futurelab and Banff Media Institute.
