Andreas Hirsch (AT), Erik Möller (DE), Peter Rantasa (AT), Garry Neil (CA)

The electrolobby Kitchen, the festival’s discussion forum and communication hub, is entitled HYBRID CLUSTERS & PARADOX ENCOUNTERS and dedicated to fostering re-contextualization and confrontation of different worlds and points of view. This year's features include “Commons & Communities” focusing on Digital Divide politics in India, media activism in Italy and Austria, and “openness” in the context of free software and open cultures; a caucus of the World Culture Forum Alliance (WCFA) on knowledge- based society, cultural sustainability and the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS II Tunis); as well as artistic works, projects, initiatives and publications dealing with these issues.
