Capture
Kaspar T. Toeplitz, Dominik Barbier (FR)

This project is a blend of concert, dance performance and real-time video installation. On-stage are three dancers, all of whose movements are analysed by cameras. No prerecorded sounds, no samples—the dancers themselves are the musicians and the designers of Capture’s visuals. Their movements create the musical score and regulate how it is played out; they also control a real-time video projection.“CyberArts 2005” presents a video documentation of this work.
