Errata Erratum
DJ Spooky That Subliminal Kid (USA)

A remix of Marcel Duchamp’s “Errata Musicale” dating from 1913 and the 1957 speech “The Creative Act.” Animated sequences of the famous roto-reliefs, spinning machines that create optical confusion, and graffiti elements form the basis of the visuals. There are associations to repetition, looping, rotation, and circulation. Taking up Duchamp’s concept of the “sculpture musicale,” DJ Spooky sees sound as a form of postmodern sculpture in this DJ event.

A cooperation with Posthof Linz
