Pockets full of Memories
George Legrady (USA)

Personal objects—regardless of whether a key, a watch, a cell phone or even ones own hand—are scanned and described by visitors themselves. In doing so, they provide visual and descriptive information for a digital archive in which the objects are interrelated to one another and displayed in network-linked fashion. The result is an interrelated structure of shared features, differences, connections and similarities.

Prix Ars Electronica 2003, Honorary Mention / Interactive Art
