Kylie Matulick, Todd Mueller / PSYOP (US)
Prix Ars Electronica 2007 “COMPUTER ANIMATION / FILM/ VFX. Honorary Mention”

In this infectious advert, a man buys a Coca Cola from a Coke machine and is pulled into the machine, entering a wild world of singing, dancing and general fantasy, high-energy merriment. The wonderful thing about this piece is the way it
pulls you seamlessly into that world, with one crazy vision following after another, building in waves, an entire joyous little universe of fantasy characters all singing and dancing along to a happy beat. (Ken Perlin, member of the jury)

Before founding PSYOP, Kylie Matulick (US) was a project leader at Lee Hunt/Razorfish, where she helped mastermind the redesign efforts for Court TV, FOX Kids and the Lifetime Network. Before founding PSYOP, Todd Mueller (US) operated as the Art Director for the SCIFI Channel, senior producer MTV On-Air Promotions, and creator/ producer of MTV’s late-night electronic festival AMP.
