Même les pigeons vont au paradis
Samuel Tourneux / BUF (FR)
“COMPUTER ANIMATION / FILM/ VFX. Honorary Mention”

A hilarious piece about mistaken identity and the Grim Reaper. The film-making style, camera angles, timing and performance is all top notch. The art direction is very charming and distinctly European. (Mark Dippé, member of the jury)

Samuel Tourneux (FR). Nominated several times for his 1998 animated short film “Vache Folle (Crazy Cow)”, Samuel Tourneux joined BUF Compagnie and became a visual effects supervisor. In 2003, he turned to the camera to co-direct a satirical short-film project on office life called Idiotheque (Idiotech).
