Short-wave radio – FM & AM – has provided many registered broadcast listening stations in Taiwan. Non-licensed radio stations with an uncanny content of long-distance transmission can often also be located using a wideband receiver to filter out of the usual node of registered stations and record these uncanny contents as a seed to feed into a patch designed in AudioMulch. This patch would make it possible to dissipate the composition of timeless morphing. A wideband receiver filters out the regulated zones (AM & FM) whilst uncanny content seeds an acoustic space of timeless morphing. The original project was part of “frequency-post” broadcast on Kunstradio, ORF (Austrian State Radio). Supported by: Kunstradio, ORF, Vienna, and the Council of Cultural Affairs, Taiwan.
