At the core of Global.Security.Alliance.Com’s security concept and strategic communications plan for the City of Linz are black helicopter shadows installed in public spaces. The monochrome silhouettes that can be recognized by satellites orbiting the earth are positioned as virtual psycho-geographic security measures in the urban domain.
