"Line for Line" opens up the World Wide Web for visually handicapped individuals. "Line for Line" points the way toward a future in which blind people working with computers will be completely a matter of course. Texts appearing on the monitor are translated line for line by means of tiny movable pins into Braille characters which can thus be read by the blind. In addition, the processor can produce audible output—computing for the senses of touch and hearing.
