Steve Sacks (USA)

With his bitforms gallery, New Yorker Steve Sacks was one of the first to specialize in software art and to develop strategies to gain acceptance for this medium in the art market. What he came up with were Software Art Stations, systems that hang on the gallery’s walls like pictures and allow visitors to view and interact with software art.
