Body Spin

Body Spin is an interface (SPIN) that allows users to enter a VR environment with their entire bodies. A "walkable" trackball finally gives real meaning to the term "walk-through." The users" own bodily motion and balance in the trackball serve as the means of navigation in virtual space. This absolute freedom of movement is what especially distinguishes SPIN. The high degree of immersion makes it possible to investigate the public behavior of individuals in ways that were completely impossible up to now. Once inside SPIN, the user is caught up in its Inverted Reality System.
