Anezka Sebek (US)
Prix Ars Electronica 2008 Jury "Computer Animation / Film / VFX"

Anezka Sebek is a Full-time Faculty member in the MFADT program. She coordinates the BFA Animation Sequence and teaches Narrative, Motion Research Collaboration and Thesis studios. Her many industry credits include Executive Producer of Computer Graphics for the motion picture Judge Dredd (the first motion picture to use digital stunt doubles)and digital puppetry for Sesame Street's Elmo's World. Ms. Sebek has directed experimental theater and a successful independent film short entitled "Landfill" as well as several music videos. She is currently working on a diverse range or projects including a pilot program for UNESCO to develop a Sub-Sahara African animation industry; research and development in the field of motion capture and tracking; and a television magazine show about New York's Hudson Valley. She is a repeat member of Siggraph’s Computer Animation Festival, as Juror and Animation Theater Director.
