On the Ground Floor of the OF Lab, festivalgoers submit their ideas for works of art. On the 1st Upper Level of the “cage,” artists encode these submissions and endow them with physical forms—they produce something. All activities in the OF Lab including all steps in the production process can be observed via surveillance cameras. Completed projects will be on display on the Ground Floor; the exhibits will be rotated in a half-day rhythm.
