The “International Networking System for Unified Long-Distance Advanced Radio” was conceived in 1999 as a worldwide open and decentralized radio network for the transfer of secure data in the high frequency range (1 MHz - 30 MHz) using digital HF communication. It aims to make users independent from the existing proprietary telecommunication infrastructure.
