Epigenetic Painting
Roman Verostko (USA)
The fact that software art has a history is demonstrated by Roman Verostko. In the ‘80s, he developed a form of algorithmic art, whereby images are generated by the Hodos software he developed. In his “epigenetic art,” software functions as a genotype that gives rise to artistic forms.
