Blauer Nachthimmel
Verena Holzknecht (AT)
Honorary Mention Prix Ars Electronica 1998 "Cybergeneration u19 - freestyle computing"

Blauer Nachthimmel is a computer graphic that was realized with MS-Paint. My friend Daniela took me along to the play-afternoon at the TeleZentrum for the first time and showed me how to play games. Carina, she works at TeleZentrum, showed me how you can paint your own pictures with the drawing program 'Paint'. We also learned how to print the pictures in color. I come to the TeleZentrum as often as I can (whenever I don't have school) to play or to draw. I want to learn as much as I can about everything I can do with the computer. We don't have one of our own at home. I live right next to the Telezentrum, so I can come often.
