Nightmare on Rainberg is an animation-supported short film, in which school students battle against aliens that have kidnapped the school principle. For the opening of our school ball we planned to make a short film, which was intended to be a kind of music video without too much of a plot, but with lots of action. While Christoph was busy with the 3D models of the aliens, Thomas was assisted by Alexander in editing the film on the computer, setting it to music and finally superimposing the 3D animations on it. The timing was perfect. The final rendering of the last shots was finished just an hour before the ball was to begin, and it was time to go looking for a VHS cassette ...
