Chicken Supper
The first step in the creating, Chicken Supper, was to travel to Tarn pa, Florida and capture footage of Scan Schweickart. Sean is a thirty seven year old man with Down syndrome. We chose Sean as the leading character for the piece, because he has proven to be a great inspiration in both his nephew, Steven, who is a member of this project, and those he encounters by the way he lives his life. Amidst all his disavantages he still remains positive and finds joy in things the common person would find to be trivial. This makes him the perfect candidate. While visiting with Sean we set up a series of interviews. This piece, as it stands now, is a work in progress.
