HTML-Editor Marian Kogler (AT) Prix Ars Electronica 2001 Honorary Mention "Cybergeneration u19 - freestyle computing"
Why I programmed the HTML-Editor: I wrote it because of my interest in HTML. Another motivation was that I was looking for a program that would reduce the work of writing. Now I no longer need to enter all the tags by hand!
The Evolution of the Program: I started working on an HTML editor in February 1999. At that time, it could only generate headings. Then I took a break for half a year. After this half year, I continued working on it, so that the editor became quite a large program over the course of the year 2000. It supports JavaScript, CSS and DHTML and also VRML, if a VRML module is installed.
