SKY Media Loft – New Opening Hours Enjoy the SKY Media Loft’s pleasant ambience and spectacular panoramic view of the Danube! New opening hours go into effect in mid-March at the café atop the Ars Electronica Center.
Via the exterior lift located at the rear of the Museum of the Future, you can visit SKY Media Loft independent of a tour through Ars Electronica’s exhibits and thus without having to purchase an admission ticket. Your experience begins with the ride itself—the elevator car features “Origin,” Daniel Lee’s installation that takes passengers on a brief excursion through evolution.
At the SKY Media Loft, you can get you day off to a delectable start with croissants, kaiser rolls or muesli, get together with friends over lunch, or relax in a stylish setting after touring the exhibitions. Not only a café, the SKY Media Loft is also a popular venue for concerts, performances, cabarets and can be booked for social gatherings or business meetings.
And for all those whose visit to the Museum’s café is a prelude to immersion in the digital worlds of the Ars Electronica Center, you can obtain your access code at a ticket counter conveniently located right in SKY.
