INTERVIEW REQUESTS:
There are two ways to submit an interview request: fill out a hard copy of the request form in person at the PRESS OFFICE or fill it out now and submit it electronically. We will make every efort to arrange all interviews requested by media outlet representatives; nevertheless, please understand that, due to scheduling conficts or other reasons, it might not be feasible in individual cases.

We will make every effort to provide you with a selection of print-quality photos as promptly as possible following the end of every festival event. This material will be available for download – for free – here.

Filming:
In general, filming is permitted at all festival events. There are two exceptions: the Ars Electronica Animation Festival (September 4-8, 2009, 10 AM to 12 Midnight in the OK Center for Contemporary Art) and datamatics [ver.2.0] meets unitxt – Ryoji Ikeda & alva noto in Concert (September 7, 2009, 8 PM, Brucknerhaus, Main Hall). Here, recording, photography and filming are strictly prohibited! Regardless of which event you’d like to film, we respectfully request that you register your intentions in advance at the Press Office (Brucknerhaus, Donaulände 7, 4020 Linz)! Due to the large crowd in attendance and limited seating at the Ars Electronica Gala in the Brucknerhaus (Friday, September 4, 2009, 6:30 PM) and at the Big Concert Evening in the Lentos Art Museum (Sunday, September 6, 2009, 7:30 PM), crews should plan on showing up in plenty of time.

ATTENTION: To get in to the ARS ELECTRONICA GALA, you’ll need an admission ticket. We have a limited number of free press tickets, which we’ll be passing
out on a “first come, first served” basis beginning at 6 PM on the day of the event in the Brucknerhaus Lobby.
