Mathias Jud and Christoph Wachter (CH) have been collaborating on open participatory community projects. In their qaul.net project, they implemented
an open communications system in which WLAN-capable computers and mobile devices can form a direct, spontaneous network independent of the
internet and telecommunications providers.
