HEAVY LISTENING are Carl Shields (DE) and Anselm Venezian Nehls (DE) (both born in 1981 in Berlin). They studied Popular Music in England and Sound Studies at the University of the Arts by Sam Auinger and Robert Henke. Their first project *LOW PRESSURE AREA* won the first Art prize of the festival 48 Hours Neukölln 2011.
