Manfred Litzlbauer was born on 11/29/1955 in Heiligenberg, Austria, and has 3 children. He’s currently executive director of the Energy AG Upper Austria Data Inc, which establishes and maintaines a fiber optic network in Upper Austria for the supply of critical infrastructures.

Education: Electrical Engineering HTL Linz, sociology degree with thesis “NLP meta programs”, life and social consultant, Master’s degree Business LIMAK, Master’s degree Theology University of Salzburg, Upper Austria’s winner  for “achievements in adult education.”
