Harano Yoshihiro (JP)
Yoshihiro Harano (JP) was born in 1955 and lives in Kobe. He is a Law graduate from Konan University. In 1984, he joined the Marketing & Communication Centre, specializing in company and government office communication strategies and event management.He was Director of the Communications Department before becoming self-employed and founding Landmark Japan Ltd. In 1999. Harano is committed to creating new urban landscapes by enhancing river surfaces, as in the *Inori Boshi®* project, in which he covers the river with lights. He is the director of *The Milky Way Project *(Japanese: *Amanogawa Project*—天の川プロジェクト®), and is actively involved in company and government office communication strategies, as well as revitalization projects of local communities involving culture and sports.
