Spotlight on Astronomy at the Ars Electronica Center:
Deep Space Presentation and Panel Discussion Cover the Cosmos
(Linz, March 1, 2016) The Ars Electronica Center is the place to be for astronomy buffs this week. On Thursday, March 3rd at 6 PM, Prof. Franz Gruber of the Catholic Private University Linz and astrophotographer Dietmar Hager will discuss the origins of the universe from theological and astronomical perspectives. Immediately afterwards in the next Deep Space LIVE with Dietmar Hager, the focus will be on Uniview, the 3-D outer space simulation that’s been one of the most popular features at the Ars Electronica Center and has now been adapted for the new Deep Space 8K. The lineup this weekend Saturday & Sunday, March 5-6, 2016 includes presentations about our Solar System, the Milky Way and the past and future of the cosmos.

Uniview, the 3-D outer space simulation that’s been a favorite of visitors to the Ars Electronica Center, has been adapted for Deep Space 8K, so breathtaking, high-resolution images of the cosmos are in store at the next Deep Space LIVE with Dietmar Hager.
