(Linz, November 28, 2011) Jupiter, Mercury, Neptune and Mars. These resounding appellations designate not only the planets of our Solar System; they’re also the names of Roman gods. On the evening of December 1st, astrophotographer Dietmar Hager will explore astronomy’s link to the folklore of Antiquity and elaborate on the mythology of the various heavenly bodies. “Sun, Moon and Planets: A Tour of Olympia” is the first in a series of events staged jointly by the Ars Electronica Center and Kepler Salon.
