Temporalité Expressive

In Temporalité Expressive, choreography is composed and expressed musically on stage. The three performers were chosen for their diversity and mastery of the musicality in movement in order to enrich our melodic research.

Temporalité Expressive examines the relationship between movement and sound on stage. In order to create this relationship, sensors positioned on the dancers influence a musical generation algorithm and sound synthesis parameters (expressivity of the synthesizers) in real time.
