The aim of the Austrian initiative "Kunst gegen Gewalt" ("Art against Violence") is to utilize art's critical potential to sensitize the general public to the theme "Art and Violence." The centerpiece of these efforts is a dialog between cultures, societies and religions.
Ars Electronica will present works by two Israeli artists, Uri Dotan and
Sharif Waked.
