Barbara Lippe: u19 Jury Member

The young Austrian designer Barbara Lippe – it's the first time she is u19 jury member - spent a couple of months working for a Japanese design company and was afforded a rare insight into the inner workings of a Japanese game firm.

Barbara Lippe, born 1978, has studied MultiMediaArt in Salzburg (A) and is currently writing her doctoral thesis at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Beside that, she is involved in all kinds of projects: she is doing freelance design work as well as organizing concerts. Or she is doing dance performances: She just returned from a tour through Tokyo's clubs with the Japanese club lounge band Oypthone.
