either i've misunderstood, or else i disagree [or both!]
this idea of InformationAsSeparateFromTheRestOfTheWorld is so.. platonic.
byzantine. its as though [in our age] we want to invent Soul now that we've
destroyed it. all this talk of "Information" sounds suspiciously like the talk
of "Soul" did a few centuries ago.
so this concept of INFOWAR leaves me a bit numb. it seems to me we're
presenting it as the opposite of BODYWAR - that which is NOT of.the.world. if
ARS about art, then information has to be welded to matter for it to exist as a
kind of art. art needs to be peceived, on some level, with our bodies.
so say more about this "Medium" if you would.
