And so the war goes on. Are you saying that an event like a war is capable of changing information into knowlege? Have you discovered then another way of converting informational raw material into a knowledge product - from you reply is does not seem so.
Do you want the international community - whoever that is really - shout "Mea culpa" for not interfering into a local nationalistic conflict?
When the war in Yugoslavia started my friends and I were just a wee older than you those days. And being thousands of km away from the actual place we skipped lectures about the beauties of European/Western civilisation, sat some place trying to understan
d and "decode" information about the conflict there gathered from more sources than one. No, we did not intend to go and fight for an outdated idea - we tried to do something about those pieces of information reaching us. And the young age did not us prev
ent from doing this. So pardon me if I find something unconvincing about your statement.
