Art communicates.... informing and communicating are quite different
activities, don't you think? One indicates a dialogue based on an
underlying idea. The other is quite flat and has very little to do with
understanding or knowing.

Art is based on life and a living body contains an imaginative way of
expressing it's obsevations and curosities.

No. It transforms the ways in which others view the world once they have
seen the work. But it works only when the viewer is an open system-- not a
closed one.

Aesthetics function to draw you into the work.... aethetics and content are
two different, although converging, entities.
