66b/cell, founded in 1994 as a result of work combining body movement and multimedia, Tokyo-based performance, sound and visual group66b/cell use real time computer graphics and animation, expanding the performance potential of the human body in a festival of light, sound and motion. The group presents work in theatres, warehouses, galleries and nightclubs, and maintains an open framework in which the relationship between body, visuals and sound is the binding principle.
