Tetsuya Mizuguchi, born 1965 in Hokkaido, joined Sega Enterprises Ltd. in 1990 and has since constantly pioneered new visions in digital interactive entertainment. In 1993 he produced *Megalopolis*. From 1994 to 1998 he produced *Sega Rally Championship*, *Sega Touring Car Championship*, *Sega Rally 2* and in 1999 he released *Space Channel 5* for Dreamcast. Since July 2000 his R&D section has been established as the separate company “United Game Artists”.
