E-mail clients—those programs that make available letter templates, address lists and mailboxes for e-mail—certainly are practical, but are designed in a very impersonal way. "Post Pet" is different.

"Post Pet's" user interface is alive with cuddly creatures like a cat or a teddy bear that deliver incoming mail with a personal touch and speed the answer on its way back to the original sender. The vivacious e-mail program "Post Pet" translates the hard-to-follow process of data transfer in the Internet into an emotional experience which, above all, assists newcomers in getting over their trepidations in dealing with the Internet.
