The center of Berlin and the new buildings planned for its function as capital and seat of government will be presented by ART + COM in an interactive scenario. In the configuration "Cyber City Berlin", fast graphic workstations will make it possible to simulate the current planning status of the government administration and parliamentary buildings in a digital model. In this virtual reality, the viewer – in contrast to conventional architectural animations can assume any position and move through the city as desired.

In addition, exchanging designs and entering the buildings will also be possible; the Reichstag (parliament) building was entered into the computer according to the reconstruction plans of Sir Norman Foster, and the user can enter it interactively. All this was made possible by a level-of-detail technique, according to which more and more details become visible as one approaches a building.

The Cyber City Flight creates a sensory world for experiencing correlations and changes with regard to urban space.
