Ars Electronica hosts an international forum and exhibition focusing on education in the field of media art. This year’s guests are from the Academy of Media Arts, Cologne. deterritoriale Schlingen ('De-territorial Loops'), a project by Thom Kubli and Sven Mann, sets up a dynamically interactive tonal space and invites guests attending the opening to bring their own radios with them.
